ABOUT SOUTHERN STRANDS
Southern Strands Art designs are digital illustrations that can be used for apparel, coffee mugs, ornaments, crafts, cards, planners, calendars, invitations, printed wall art or in any other creative way that you can imagine! The files you receive will NOT have a name personalization or background color and the watermark will be removed. Southern Strands will be completely removed from your downloadable design. You can use any editing program like Silhouette Studio or Adobe design programs (Photoshop and Illustrator) to add your name/monogram or personalized saying to any design.

FORMATS INCLUDED
Full designs are designed on a standard format high resolution 11x14 PNG saved at 300dpi. These can easily be resized in your design program. All Alpha Packs are designed on 6x6 format and each letter is an individual file. You will never have the need to separate letters when purchasing my alpha packs. Select the files you need and drop them into place. So easy!

In cases where a ZIP file is included, you must be able to unzip via computer or laptop – this process does not generally work on a mobile/smart phone without proper applications. If you have questions regarding downloading and opening your file(s), please contact me.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to download your Southern Strands Art files. You will NOT receive any physical product when purchasing digital files. For both Etsy and the Southern Strands Website you can log into your account at any time to download your files as needed! Digital Files do not expire.

USER AGREEMENT
- Files are to be used for Personal and Limited Use Small Business only.
- You MAY NOT digitally redistribute any or all of your Southern Strands Art purchase in the form of a digital download. Any small business or commercial use MUST include our design as a part of your tangible finished product that you sell or as a transfer that you print yourself.

• You MAY NOT email your purchased files to others to print sublimation transfers or HTV transfers for you as I offer transfers.
• You MAY use Southern Strands art to have Screen Print Transfers made.
• You MAY NOT use Southern Strands Alphas, backgrounds, full designs or clipart as part of a digital download offered for use in sublimation, screen printing, HTV, DTG, etc. Should you use this file coupled with other designs, you may not claim the newly created design as your own. The design rights of this design are strictly owned by Southern Strands Art, a division of ArtVision323.
  * the exception to offering a digital download is as follows... the your digital download is your completed project such as used in planners, calendars, invitations, etc. Where the file has been flattened so that my art can not be extracted from your product. If you are unsure Just Ask!!
• You MAY NOT upload Southern Strands Art to print fulfillment online sources such as printful etc….

  REFUND POLICY
  When Purchasing Digital Downloads there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically. In the event that you accidentally purchase more than one copy of digital art and make me aware of the incident immediately. I will issue you credit for the duplicate purchase amount available to use on the Southern Strands website.
