USER AGREEMENT

• Files are to be used for Personal and Limited Use Small Business only.
• You MAY use Southern Strands Art as part of your completed product or as sublimation transfers that you print yourself. You are allowed to sell sublimation transfers on a small business scale 250 PRINTS

***You MAY NOT digitally redistribute any or all of your Southern Strands Art purchase in the form of a digital download. Any small business or commercial use MUST include our design as a part of your tangible finished product that you sell UP TO 250 PIECES or as a transfer that you print yourself UP TO 250 PRINTS.

***You MAY NOT email or upload your purchased files to other sources to be printed. As this falls under file sharing.

***You MAY NOT use Southern Strands Alphas, backgrounds, full designs or clipart as part of a digital download offered for use in sublimation, screen printing, HTV, DTG, etc. Should you use this file coupled with other designs, you may not claim the newly created design as your own. The design rights of this design are strictly owned by Southern Strands Art, a division of ArtVision323.

* the exception to offering a digital download is as follows... that your digital download is your completed project such as used in planners, calendars, invitations, etc. Where the file has been flattened so that my art can not be extracted from your product. If you are unsure Just Ask!!

You MAY NOT upload Southern Strands Art to third party online sources for any type of printing. THIS INCLUDES PRINT ON DEMAND AND SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS
